Project 365-Day 4

So today was the last day of Christmas vacation so we decided we would end it by seeing a movie. We took the kids to see the Chipmunks movie. It was cute! Now my girls are pretending the are little chipmunk singers. :)

Project 365-Day 3

Wow what an exhausting day! The kids having been begging us to go to the snow so we decided to take a little road trip. We thought we were going to be able to find snow a little closer than we did. We ended up going all the way up to Donner Summit in Tahoe. The first part of our snow experience wasn't great at all because after being there for 5 minutes Alyssa my 2 year old slipped and hit her head and instantly got a huge goose egg bump on her head :( It was so sad. She was a trooper though. She was a little scared but she ended up having fun. We had snow ball fights, made a snowman, and did a little sledding. We had a blast! The 8 hour drive was worth it to see how much fun the kids had.


*Not sure which picture I am going to use yet for the project. I always have such a hard time picking one picture!

Project 365-Day 2

Today I decided to take a picture of my weight watchers online screen. I took this to remind me of my New Year's resolutions. I have been on weight watchers before and really liked their program. It worked great for me in the past so I am determined to make it work for me again. It will be a long journey but I am going to take one day at a time.

Project 365-Day 1

So this was day one of project 365 and I thought I should start it out with a family photo. It isn't the greatest photo but we had fun taking it. I didn't think it would be so hard to take a picture of all 5 of us by ourselves. I guess I need to learn my camera a little better to figure how to set it up to take pictures from a far automatically. This picture also made realize that it doesn't have to be perfect it just has to document our life.

Happy New Years!

Hi everyone. First of all I want to wish everyone a safe and Happy New Year! I would like to welcome you to my blog. This is something new for me so it will be a learning experience. I created this blog to help me out with a new project that I am taking on this year. It is called project 365. The object is every day to take a random picture of something that is going on in your life and write about it. I thought it would be fun to also post this on a blog so my friends and family can see what my family is up to.
